About

Process consulting, software development and artificial intelligence: we guide industrial companies, logistics operators and healthcare organisations through their digital evolution.

We were founded in 2006 in the Business Incubator of the Politecnico di Torino by professionals in Information Technology and logistics consulting. Since then we have combined process consulting and software development to help companies and healthcare organisations work better: less waste, reliable data, systems that talk to each other.

We design new organisational and software solutions or evolve the ones already in use, working side by side with our clients. Many of them have been working with us for more than ten years.

Our Team

Our team brings together process consultants and software developers with experience in healthcare, logistics and industry, used to working together on national and international projects.

Our technical team is organised in two areas, management and process consulting and software development, working side by side: this way the analysis of a process quickly becomes a concrete solution.

Since 2007 Maurizio Da Bove, a lecturer at leading Italian universities such as the Politecnico di Torino and Bocconi University in Milan, has worked with Avarice, bringing to our projects the latest supply chain knowledge developed in teaching and research.

Together with other senior consultants, the team creates the synergies that allow us to deliver the best results to our clients, with an ethical, client-focused approach.
